Young Poet Laureate

Earlier in the year, the Prep School English department invited the children to take part in Worcestershire Libraries’ Young Poet Laureate Competition. Some of the children were brave enough to take on the challenge and received an academic commendation for their efforts. However, the poem of one of our Year 4 pupils, Vanshika S, received a further accolade as her poem was short-listed. She had to perform her poem online to the judges and was the youngest competitor in the final selection - well done Vanshika.
