Top Schools for Cricket

The top 50 Junior and Prep Schools have been named in The Cricketer's annual Schools Guide, with Bromsgrove Preparatory School featuring in the line up. The Senior School has also been chosen in their list of Top 100 Senior Schools.

It follows an exhaustive process by Cricketer magazine, which saw a record number of schools submit entries to be included in the guide.

All entries were judged against an extensive set of criteria, which included a compelling commitment to cricket in their curriculum, facilities, fixture programmes and coaching.

Mr Fallows, Director of Cricket, says, "After the highs of becoming National Champions in 2019, it was hugely disappointing to lose the whole of the 2020 summer term due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Senior School cricketers have returned fresh and they are training harder than ever with a winter programme in place. We hope to see a full cricket fixture programme back in 2021."
