Stone Age Day

Year 3 thoroughly enjoyed a very exciting Stone-Age day last week.

They learned about the evolution of humankind and Otzi the Ice Man, tested their archaeological skills, compared neanderthal and homo sapiens’ skulls, made tools and cave paintings and hunted woolly mammoths.
