Posted: 27/07/2021
A level and BTEC Results
Sixth Form students may access their A Level and BTEC results on iSAMS via the
Pupil Portal from 8.30am on Tuesday, 10th August.
For more information about results day and planning ahead, please visit the
UCAS website.
GCSE Results
Fifth Form pupils may access their GCSE results on iSAMS via the
Pupil Portal from 8.30am on Thursday, 12th August.
No results will be given by telephone as this can lead to unfortunate errors. Parents who would like to receive a summary of their child’s examination results should email
Mrs Ashcroft.
Mr Ruben (Deputy Head Academic),
Mr Wingfield (Director of A Level),
Dr Thompson (Director of IB),
Miss Leech (Head of UCAS and Careers), and Houseparents will be available from 10.00am on both A Level and GCSE results days for advice by phone or by email, or to arrange any appointments required.
Review of marking
For all GCSE, BTEC and A level examinations, the examination boards have indicated that there will be a two stage appeal process. The first stage effectively asks for schools to check that correct grades have been awarded. The second stage sees examination boards checking schools’ decisions. The School’s Grades Appeals Policy is available
here.
