IB historians watch WWI production

IB historians were treated to a play by Beyond Eternity Productions on Thursday, describing the realities of war through the eyes of a simple 'Tommy'. 

The character 'Tommy' explained the conditions in the trenches and described the experience of some of the most horrific battles in World War One such as Ypres, Passendale and the Somme.

IB students were given the opportunity to ask questions about the play and its topic, which will help them with their future studies. They thoroughly enjoyed the experience and it was a great review of the material studied this term.
