Eisteddfod 2025
Posted: 21/03/2025
In glorious sunshine and in celebration of the Spring Equinox, the Prep School community celebrated the annual Eisteddfod Competition, which has become a firm favourite in the School calendar.
This year, the standard was again, exceptionally high, with pupils across Year 3 to Year 8 showcasing their poetic, musical and artistic talent. What came across so strongly, aside from the high levels of attainment in each discipline, was each performer’s humility, confidence and joy in participating. The artwork from the competition will be displayed in Maple building next week, and parents are welcome to drop into the foyer to view the Eisteddfod display.
Congratulations to all those who participated in the competition, those who have trained and coached the children, but the final word must be saved for the finalists who made Eisteddfod Day, a day to remember.
