Cookery Class

Twelve Sixth Formers took part in a Saturday morning cookery class with our Executive Chef, Chris Prosser. The aim of the session was to teach the students how to prepare a healthy meal to be adapted for when they go to university.
Chris taught the students basic knife skills and how to prep food hygienically. In pairs the students were instructed on how to make pasta sauce, garlic bread and shortbread. The morning was completed with the students tucking into their freshly prepared food.
We will be holding another class next half term.
