CCF Leadership Talk

On Tuesday, two members of 4 Mercian Regiment, Captain Styles and WO2 Lamonby, spoke to Bromsgrove CCF Cadets about leadership in the British Army.

Captain Styles gave an honest account of his road to becoming a Captain, while WO2 Lamonby offered a Senior NCO’s view point of leadership through the lens of some WWII examples.

These talks have given the Bromsgrove Cadets much to think about and we offer our thanks to 4 Mercian for supporting the CCF.
