Casting Success for Isla C

A warm congratulations to our budding acting superstar Isla C, for her recent casting of the role of 'Babs' in the production of 'The Night The War Ended.' 

 

Isla is part of the British Youth Music group and was selected for the production following auditions at the start of 2021. 'The Night The War Ended' is a gripping and energy-infused show which takes you back to the historic decade of the 1940s.

 It is based on a real life-story of Princesses Elizabeth and Margaret who snuck out of the Royal Palace on 8th May 1945 - the very night Germany announced the surrender of its armed forces against the allies.

 Isla has noted, in her own words, how she found the experience:

'BYMT was a truly amazing experience and such an amazing opportunity to work with some of the best creatives! It was an intense and exhilarating experience which is what I had hoped for. I think what made the experience so enjoyable was that I was around likeminded people, who like myself live and breathe performing. They all have become life-long friends. The auditions were quite nerve wrecking because everyone was so talented, but I am so grateful that I was chosen to be in ‘The Night The War Ended’, fingers crossed for next year!'
