Senior Cadet Promoted by Father

The Wing Commander Cadets was so impressed with quality of our RAF cadets at the recent Biennial Review that he authorised the promotion of our senior RAF Cadet - Flight Sergeant Foster to Cadet Warrant Officer- the highest rank achievable by a cadet. The honour of presenting the promotion fell to the senior RAF officer on Parade - Group Captain Foster - Adam's Father.
