Dear Parents and Guardians

Congratulations to Maria C who was one of the top achievers for IB1 in the recent AE grades. Not only that, she also received a Highly Commended certificate for her piano playing in the recent House Music solo competition. In the same evening, out of 18 entrants Trissie W was an advanced finalist. And in the final competition, Trissie was Highly Commended.

Trissie also played in the Ensemble Competition, accompanying Alvina, Karis and Bernice who sang so beautifully. Nila was on bass guitar, Sai-Nam on lead guitar and Joyce played the drums for the first time!

Our Junior House Drama was also a great success. Led by Esinam from the Vth Form, Sanskriti, Brisha, Shristi, Lucy and Tiffany made their senior school stage debut. Petya was awarded runner up in the Best Actor category and we were really proud of them all:

It has been a busy half term as usual. I am sure the break will fly by and I know that revision has started for many. We return for the 1.2 relays, Cultures Connect, volleyball and netball competitions, Senior House Drama and the start of our U6 farewells. I hope the girls find some time for a rest next week.
