Bromsgrove School Research Competition 2020

Posted: 13/01/2020

Senior pupils will be taking part in an in-house Research Competition, and you are invited to be part of the audience.

The competition takes place on Friday, 24 January in the LRC Lecture Theatre at 5:30pm-7:30pm.

This year, students have been asked to consider how our current time will be viewed by future historians. We had the Ice Age, Age of Enlightenment, and Atomic Age: how will we be remembered?

Teams have five minutes and five PowerPoint slides to present their argument to the judges about 'what era we are living in today'. Afterwards, teams will be asked questions by a panel of experts. The team with the most convincing argument will win the prize.

Free tickets are available via the School's Online Box Office at https://www.bromsgrove-school.co.uk/whats-on
