Year 4 pupils enjoy Tudor Day

As the fantastic finish the our Tudor topic, Year 4 took part in a Tudor Day on Tuesday. Dressed in their Tudor costumes, pupils made pomanders, a Tudor coat of arms, Tudor Houses and Tudor Roses made out of clay.

The highlight of the day was a Tudor banquet with Henry VIII making a surprise visit to be our special guest. This was followed the children sharing all of their Tudor work, including a dance and song with their parents.

It was an exciting day for everyone and a great way to finish this term’s topic.
