Time Travelling Lesson

Year 4 had a stunning start to their new topic, ‘Tudor Treasures’, by a visit from time traveller, Professor McGinty. The children discovered facts about everyday Tudor life and were given the opportunity to handle and discuss artefacts such as Black Jack tankards, face jugs and real Tudor currency. Some lucky members of the Year group were also selected to wear traditional dress from the Professor’s ‘Box of Doom’! The children learnt so much from the experience and are full of enthusiasm to continue their new learning journey.
