National Cross Country

On Sunday, 13th March the U11 & U13 boys and girls took part in the 24th National Prep School Cross Country Championships. 

In the U11 boys race, Sebastian Purvis was our first runner home and finished in 9th place which is a great achievement. The boys U11 team overall came 10th out of the 32 participating teams taking part, and the girls' U11 squad were 23rd overall. 

In the U13 boys race Mitchell Hare was our first runner home and finished in 61st place. The girls finished better, coming home an impressive 6th place overall. 

In total there were eighty-one schools taking part and 1200 pupils ran in the four races.
